Imagining tides and tides of tiny people
The main thing that I draw that people in real life seem to enjoy the most is tiny, fidgety figures. I've filled little notebooks and full pages, mostly with fantastic characters. All of them have been drawn with my favourite pen. Its sort of a ritual at this point. I definitely find it soothing. I think it sits part way between full scale art and the forming of letters and numbers, maybe, and that scratches a sentimental itch for me. More than all that, though: it's bloody g
